FOR MINISTERIAL STUDENTS (BSB)

Dear Student, Thee are the required documents that you need to submit, in order to to start your application to study with GIT Malta. Please download the BSB application from here: http://www.git.edu.mt/index_htm_files/BSBapplicationFormv2018.pdf • Please print, fill, and scan and send back to · admin@git.edu.mt • Please bring the original with you when you travel to Malta.

Please provide:

• A scanned copy of your passport information. • Passport picture (digital picture with mobile suffice). • Police criminal check • Reference letter – Pastor • Reference letter – Preferable from an Assemblies of God or Pentecostal Holiness Church or employer (if applicable) • Copy of your educational transcripts • One-two pages typed essay stating o Your conversion experiences o your calling for ministry o What do you inspire to achieve by your studies with the Berean School of the Bible (Ministerial Studies). o Why did you choose Global Institute of Theology as your educational institution?

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once we receive this information, we will send your invoice for the first semester (Level 1) and payment information. • If you choose to stay at the Gozo Jesus Center, you will need to give your donation for one month in advance for your accommodation. We would suggest you make the payment in one transfer. Payment details will be on the invoice. • If you choose your own accommodation, please send us copy of contract and host information.Then you will need to provide us with a copy of the receipt.

LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION

Once payments are complete, we will provide you: • The Letter of Admission • Other documentation that you may require regarding your courses and related activities.
